Im more than happy to adhere to Glyniss new care plan for Rona. Its the happiest Ive seen Rona, up at Ravenscroft -for a long time. So, what you are doing for Rona, is obviously working. Just do what youre doing now, as its doing the trick! Can I send a BIG thank you to all the staff, for their excellent work…?
