Im more than happy to adhere to Glyniss new care plan for Rona. Its the happiest Ive seen Rona, up at Ravenscroft -for a long time. So, what you are doing for Rona, is obviously working. Just do what youre doing now, as its doing the trick! Can I send a BIG thank you to all the staff, for their excellent work...?

My brother Henry has lived at St Marys around 4 years he has changed a lot for the better, his hygiene is much better he is well supported. The staff are very knowledgeable in all his needs and his care has improved a lot since his previous provider. Henrys home is immaculate, and he keeps his flat clean which is something he takes pride in. He no longer has any finance worries as he had previously been financially abused. It gives me great piece of mind knowing that Henry is safe and well looked after. This has impacted on my home life for the better and now I dont have to worry about my older brother.

Ravenscroft is a beautiful bungalow, staff are friendly and there is always a welcome for everyone. There is plenty of entertainment with trips to the Zoo, the seaside, the park, theatre and pantomimes. I would recommend Ravenscroft to anyone, look around and see all the happy contented faces, and that is all the recommendations you need.

I was absolutely blown away by the accommodation and the standards. I landed unannounced and the staff who were on duty, were friendly and welcoming and gave me a full guided tour. I visited the three gents whose money we manage, and I was beyond pleased with the quality of their accommodation and furnishings. The flats are all beautifully maintained and furnished and I could see the residents were well looked after and their monies spent wisely and appropriately. I could see they were all happy and well looked after. I can honestly say St Marys’ are a credit to your service and are a great example of how supported accommodation works for both the residents and the staff. It is obvious that the staff have immense pride in the service and in their role supporting the residents to live fulfilling lives in the community. I look forward to visiting other services managed by Ashdown Care if this is the standard they operate to.

My daughter XX lives at Eastbourne, and after living in different places this is the only one, she has settled in and is really happy, which I think is down to the fantastic job the staff do. XX is well cared for and I think she is a little spoiled. Every time I visit, XX is always happy, and the rest of the lads are happy too, like one big happy family. We are always made welcome by the staff, offering us cups of tea and biscuits, and taking the time to sit and talk to us. Eastbourne is a very homely place, and we are always invited to all the activities that take place. I couldn't ask for a better place for XX to live.
