Pauline Hughes

Pauline has extensive experience in the care industry, she has managed multiple large services for people with dementia, mental health, and learning disabilities, and came to work at Ashdown care in 2006 as a home manager and worked her way up to area manager. Pauline’s aim is to provide a warm, homely environment for people who use the service based on individual needs and encourage them to develop to their full potential. Pauline has completed her level 5 registered manager’s award and is also qualified trainer in Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention which has been approved by the British Institute of learning disabilities. She is a fantastic peoples person and an expert in supporting people with challenging behaviour.
