Natalie has over 20 years’ experience in health and social care, with a strong background in substance misuse and learning disability services. She is passionate about supporting people and improving their quality of life, ensuring every individual receives compassionate, person-centred care.
Since February 2025, Natalie has served as Head of Operations at Ashdown Care, leading the development and delivery of high-quality services across supported living and children’s homes. She lives Ashdown’s values daily—committing to quality care, working collaboratively, upholding respect and dignity, and fostering education, reflection, and continuous learning.
Natalie holds a Level 7 qualification in Health and Social Care, a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management, and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. She is completing her MBA, further strengthening her strategic and operational leadership.
